To ensure a seamless experience, we’ve outlined our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy, addressing common concerns and frequently asked questions.

Please note that while we make every effort to accommodate returns, refunds, and cancellations, some restrictions are necessary to meet our business and legal obligations. These conditions may vary depending on the product or collection, so please review the specific guidelines associated with your purchase on our website.


Returns

You may return products purchased from us if:
(a) The product received is damaged or defective (e.g., leaked bottles).
(b) The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
(c) The product appears significantly different from its representation online.
(d) The size of the delivered product does not match your order.

Important Note: For any complaints about faulty delivery (e.g., missing product, damaged product, or empty package), you must provide an unboxing video of the package as proof. Without this video, we will be unable to process your request.


Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:
(a) Products that have been used, worn, washed, or soiled.
(b) Products with broken seals, such as branded or consumable items (e.g. attars).
(c) Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices.


Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process:
(a) Products must be in their original condition, unused, and unsoiled.
(b) Original packaging, including tags and labels, should be intact.
(c) A copy of the original bill must accompany the return.
(d) Replacement is subject to the availability of the product at the time of return.


Refund Policy

To raise a refund request, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at +91 700926767. Your message should include:

  • Your order ID.
  • The product name/image.
  • A detailed explanation of your concern.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of product delivery.


Cancellation Policy

(a) Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
(b) If the product has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting us.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability. Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.
